I live in Kiama NSW and am seeking a position as a Kitchenhand and/or dishwashing.  I have 4 years hands on experience.  I have done food preparation, food cooking, sweets making, table service, buffet service and dishwashing.  I worked for a catering company in Sydney.  The largest function I have done to date is 200 people involving table service and I also have done other function involving between 50 to 200 people. I have exp in setting up tables with the necessary cultery, glasses and any other necessary items i.e Bombonieres, centrepieces and place cards.
