My name is Timothy

I already finish Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)

and Certificate IV in Menu Compilation in Le Cordon Bleu Sydney..

I'm able to work unlimited hours during six month Industry

Placement period (October 2009 – April 2010)

I prefer to work in western restaurant that's why I learnt in school.

I just have 3 months experience in cafe but if you give me a change

to develop my skills in the kitchen and learn to work within a team

environment I'll do my best and appreciate to challenge it.
