We're a new, energetic cafe in Redfern with big dreams and a tasty vision looking for an experienced cook with recent cooking and baking experience.

You must be easy to work with, passionate, imaginative, agile, energetic, organised and patient while we refine our offering and sort out our almost good kitchen.

Your cooking style must be quick, precise, clean and modern with a passion for Mediterranean style food. We seek your input and regularly look at how we can refine the menu and offer amazing food at competitive prices. Some light cleaning duties will also be required (we all pitch in where necessary).

The hours are reasonable (no nights yet) working Wednesday through to Sunday and the team is fun to be with. At this stage, we anticipate hours to be around 30 to 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in Australia, have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure.
