Wanted: Enjoy making sushi.

I have ever worked in Japanese restaurant for 2 years. When I was studying in university I tried to find a part-time job for broaden my experience. Fortunately I got an interview in the best Japanese restaurant, which is called Nobu Sushi Bar in Ukraine(then I was an oversea student in Ukraine).Even thought I had no any skills and experience then, I gained this job by working hard and learning rapidly at last. From the basic skills, such as steaming rice, preparing vinegar, soy, wasabi and so on, I started to learn this excellent cooking and totally enjoyed it. Two years later, due to graduated from university, I had to leave. I really love this high cooperative style of working and have enough confidence and motive on this kind of job.

I am studying English in Ultimo now and going to TAFE for further commercial cookery next February. Because of 7 years of independent experience living abroad, I had never failed to manage my time and lack of sense of responsibility, I am good at any sushi roll and nigery, usually I make sushi at home for friends or family, it is very enjoyable when I saw that they like my sushi!
