Successful candidates must possess the following:
· Full Chef qualifications
· Exceptional grooming standards (you must provide own chef uniform)
· Full set of knives
· Demonstrated experience in an A La Carte or Function capacity within either a corporate and/or modern catering kitchen
· A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills
· Must be available to work between 3 – 5 shifts per week including either a Friday or Saturday evening
