We are an existing cafe; (established for 4 years or so)  looking to open at nights. We are looking for a dynamic leader -- to help us :
* Create a new menu (help us devise something unique.. that will have the whole town talking)
* Build and maintain our fine reputation

We have a beautiful venue, that is prime for a quality restaurant. We are located not too far from sydney CBD in a growth area.
