Apprentice Pastry Chef - Immediate Start

A 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice Pastry Chef is needed to work in a busy inner west (Concord) patisserie.

We have been trading for 12+ years and are very well know in the area.

Our kitchen is setup to run mainly as a production kitchen, supplying our shop and providing cakes/biscuits to a select few businesses.

The right candidate will posses the following attributes:

- Team players: We Provide a great team environment and we encourage growth as a team.

- Have a great personality with a can do attitude.

- Creative flair and inspiration .

- Be a problem solver.

- A willingness to learn and pursue a career in
pastry

We provide a great learning environment in many different aspects of pastry and the running of a kitchen.
