Finance Manager

You will be joining a successful and growing Australian Retailer. It has an enviable record of growth in a sector that is competitive, rapidly changing and requires large strategic capital investment.
 
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your mandate is to become a highly valued member of the team and a recognised leader within the business. This will be achieved by maintaining tight financial controls and processes within the business, developing high quality management information, coaching and developing commercial skills particularly within the project development space and being a key member of the management team. To achieve this, you will have to proactively involve yourself in the operation, develop effective relationships with key decision makers, understand their issues and manage the finance function.
 
To thrive, you will possess drive, ambition, adaptability, conscientiousness and a sense of humour. Further, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of financial control, leadership, strategic and operational influence, innovation, technical and management reporting excellence and commercial acumen. Only candidates with extensive Retail experience will be considered.
