The Operations Projects and Processes department are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Customer Process Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract.
 
This busy role will see you assisting with the development, maintenance and communication of policies and procedures within the operations team. These policies and procedures are to be created and maintained in line with legislative framework and controls.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing technical support and assisting in delivering outcomes for Operations teams
  • Conducting investigative work to analyse and resolve problems and inefficiencies with current processes and ensure compliance (regulatory, head office etc)
  • Ensure processing requirements are adequately captured, developed and implemented in new projects
  • Contribute to the design and workflow processes of new systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support Operations teams in the resolution of compliance-related issues
 
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess:
  • Intermediate Ms Office
  • Strong Communication, interpretation and analytical skills
  • Ability to research and collate information
  • Basic knowledge of payment systems
  • Experience in Project work an advantage
  • Experience in Process Engineering / Six Sigma (desirable)
  • A customer focus – this role involves consideration of the best possible solution for both internal and external clients
