This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding financial services business. They have a very strong culture which is motivated and passionate on the one hand and on the other highly autonomous and relaxed. This is a new role as a result of the growth of the business. 
 
 
 
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and control market, positional, operational and counterparty risks. In addition you will establish and maintain strategies to assist with the consistent measurement, reporting and control of risk associated with a large scale, global derivatives trading operation.
 
 
 
Ideally you will have experience with a large trading firm or bank prop team in a prop environment. Thorough experience with equity derivatives, excellent knowledge of exchange margin systems and analysis. Due to the nature of the role excellent communication skills are a must along with the willingness to be hands on.
 
 
 
In return you will receive a package of $180,000 - $200,000 plus bonus, excellent benefits and the added bonus of working with in a business culture that fosters excellence.
