I am a near-graduation accounting student(expected graduate on Nov 2009) and look for a job related to accounting or finance.

I had previous internship experience(CPA Australian Internship Program and Mazars Group) of auditing and accounting.

As intern of auditor at CPA Australian Internship Program:
My achievements are:
  1. Review previous audits to learn about client-specific processes
  2. Independently plan and conduct substantive tests on cash, banking, expense, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets and payroll.
  3. Investigate client’s books and records against bank records, suppliers records and business covenants.
  4. Test client’s internal controls processes.
  5. Confirm accurate and complete lists of client’s suppliers and customers.

As an intern of financial accountant in Mazars Group, I independently responsible for all-round accounting duties including general bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, inventory stocktaking, expense reporting, assisting in financial reporting, tax return and manage and maintain accounting source documents and update database.

My achievements are:
  1. Successfully establish, transfer and develop clients file in a new accounting database and maintain no error.
  2. Individually responsible for bookkeeping for client’s four stores in Shanghai and no adjustment in bookkeeping.
  3. Closely communicate with Client’s cashier in China and financial manager in France to reconcile cash and ATM sales turnover.
  4. Individually classify expenses and prepare expense reports for client’s Headquarter in France.
  5. Effectively preparing balance sheet and income statement which helps client successfully go through the financial year, change of accounting personnel and year-end auditing.
  6. Confirm tax policy timely which helps client successfully avoid possible tax penalty.
  7. Assist in tax return and successfully meet the deadline.
  8. Demonstrate superior communication skills with domestic and overseas client at different managerial level.
