This rapidly growing, national finance company immediately require a number of experienced Collectors to join their CBD based team.  This company has a great reputation amongst Australians and recently became a leader in their field. Their clients range from National consumers through to multinationals based globally.  Due to their success they have been able to provide their staff with ongoing training, a supportive working environment and endless benefits.  
 
 
Your responsibilities will include the following duties:
 
 
  • High volume commercial and consumer collections dealing with debts up to 90 days in arrears
  • Negotiating and monitoring payment plans
  • Liaising with internal departments to solve customer queries
You must have experience in the following areas:
 
 
  • Min 5 years experience collecting from overdue customers within a banking/finance environment
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Working to & achieving set KPI's and targets
