My client is a well known finance provider in the Australian market and caters for both individuals and companies.  They providing leasing options on motor vehicles, office equipment and machinery.  They are a stable and successful company which are growing rapidly.  Being part of a global group they are able to provide their staff with endless benefits, competitive salaries and ongoing training.
 
 
The Position
 
 
You will be responsible for the collection of overdue commercial and consumer accounts while working off a portfolio.  The age of debt you will be dealing with varies from 30 days - 120 days in arrears and you will be working to set KPI's and targets.  In this role you will have the authority to negotiate payment plans. This is a long term temporary opportunity which is paying approximately $26 per hour plus Super (depending on experience).
 
 
Candidate
 
 
To ensure your success in the role you must have the following experience and qualities:
 
 
  • Min 3 years experience collecting on overdue accounts in a Banking/Finance environment
  • Working to and achieving set KPI's and targets
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic
