We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients for an AP role. Paying anything between $23-$25 per hr depending on experience. 3-6 month role depending on performance.
 
This role would be ideal for a working holiday maker.
 
Important responsibilities will include:
 
  • preparation of bank reconciliations
  • preparation of month end and reconciliations to General Ledger
  • maintenance of subsidiary ledgers for debtors and creditors
  • processing credit card payments
  • assistence with month end and year end account preparation and audit tasks
  • efficient response to all account queries
The ideal candidate will have at least 18months experience in the credit field and must also have the following skills and abilities:
 
  • excellent communication skills
  • well groomed
  • advanced word and excel skills
  • good problem solver and decision maker
  • good attention to detail
