Just like in some countries overseas, a local peasant girl can carry your stuff when heading back country or on treks.  Arrangements can be made for trips of varying lengths, consideration subject to trip length, place and climate, however typical considerations can take the form of small items of new/used equipment [to use & keep later] and/or small amount money.  Arranging food will be essential.  I'm mainly in this for the love of travel, perhaps to gather more equipment [as I'm impecunious] so I can have independent treks in future, money's not a big deal for me.  I have some stuff, but not a full set of equipment.  This is not an agency or labor service, the advertiser is who will come on your trip.
