Hi
Im looking for a training buddy to train in a park or home.
 
My background in training is martial arts,  I'm about 5 years out of training. Wanting to get fit, tone and flexible again.
I have most of whats needed to train outdoors. 
 
Prefer to train at Centenial Park or Rushcutters in the mornings
1 -2 times a week.
 
I like to kick and punch with a  bit of power so would prefer a guy.
 
I don't run if that's what you want. Maybe a little to warm up, but that's all.
