Hi,
 I'm 22 and recently finished a Bachelor of Sports Studies in coaching at unversity.
 
I have competed in track and field all my life, specialising in sprints and jumps but I have experience coaching in all other disciplines.
 
I have won national and internationl titles in sprinting at a junior level and have drawn coaching experience from a wealth of elite level coaches.
 
I run sprint coaching sessions for all ages, abilities and sporting backgrounds at Mingara athletics track on the Central Coast from 4 - 5 on wednesdays.
