I am a Muay Thai/ San Shou kickboxer from Malaysia. I'm looking for beginner's or intermediates who are interested in training in these 2 arts. It will be good for those who are looking for a workout as it is cardio intensive due to the conditioning focus and those who seek to learn a efficient, effective and pragmatic fighting art that can be used both inside and outside a fighting ring.
 
All techniques are applied in training itself so that each individual will be able to identify which is most effective. The regiments aims to make trainees combat effective which includes not only superior technique refinment but also physical conditioning to match.
