Due to Relocating, it is with regret I need to transfer my membership.

Elixr is a fantastic gym! - offers unlimited pilates reformer classes- "the machines" - other places charge you $50-80 per one of these sessions. This fitness program has worked wonders for my body - no impact, yet very intensive, based on resistance and weights. It's the first option dancers choose for physical conditioning. We all know what amazing bodies dancers have! You'll develop amazing core strength too!

Also Included:
  • Pilates mat, ring and roller
  • Numerous styles of yoga classes
  • Kickboxing classes
  • 3 remaining personal training sessions
  • Standard Gym circuit and weights training
  • Free introduction weekend workshops to yoga, pilates and meditation
  • Relaxed, healthy and focused atmosphere - no posers, just ppl who are serious about better living
If you decide to transfer the membership to Bondi Jn, also add:
  • Swimming pool
  • Steam room
  • Spin and aerobic classes
  • Meditation
Cost:

  • $60 - Transfer fee (which I will pay)
  • $30 weekly (debited fortnightly) - worth it!

I come out feeling so **relaxed** (important to reducing stress and weight) and really pleased with the way my body's toned and developed muscle since using the reformer. Most people who train at elixr look healthy, very fit, slim and toned in all the right places (I cannot say this about other gyms)  With Elixr, - You'll get results!!

Other gyms pump you, amp you, yell at you and play loud and nasty music and leave you drained - actually not good for weight loss.
