Blues/Rock/Psychedelic group BimboGami are an actively gigging band who is on the hunt for a new Bassist!
BimboGami is the culmination of a musical journey and friendship that has spanned over a decade. Some members have earned their stripes playing with well respected Australian Blues artists including Bridie King, C.W Stoneking, Ray Beadle, Adam Pringle, Jim Finn, Tice and Evans - even busking on the streets of Melbourne with members of The Drifters and The Living End!
BimboGami draws influences from great artists such as Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart, Tom Waits, The Allman Brothers Band, Little Walter, The Black Crowes, The Staple Singers and many others.
The average age of band members is 31. Ideally we would like someone around that age group to join however a true passion and love for the styles of music we have mentioned, plus own gear, transport, professional attitude and aptitude AND mad skills is always going to win at the end of the day.
