Your heart and mind will also be further cleansed and opened through special expansive breathing sessions, inspiring meditations to calm your thoughts, powerful visualizations to take the yoga into real life, and deep yoga nidra sessions to achieve ultra relaxation. You'll also have time for reflection, bush walks, beach wanders during this whole-body summer cleanse and reboot!
