Find some inner peace and vitality in your day with Lunchtime Yoga for Beginners to Intermediate.
Yoga is an ancient practice with increasing relevance today: yoga postures, help build strength while increasing flexibility and mobility, and maintaining overall good health.  This while alleviating mental and physical tension.  The practice will also include a short guided relaxation.

When: Every Mon 12.00-1.00pm  (Arrive 11.55 for 12noon).
Where: Ultimo Community Centre, 40 William Henry Street, Ultimo. (Upstairs room, ask reception).
Cost: $15 per casual class, or $110 for 8 sessions.
BYO:  Yoga Mat or Beach Towel 
 
I am a trained Hatha yoga teacher and member of the Yoga Teacher Association of Australia (YTAA). Originally from a corporate environment, I now devote time to teaching yoga in my local Ultimo and Sydney CBD area.
