I have 3 security car parking spaces available for $30.00 each per week at Mosman. Willing to rent individually or two or three as a whole.
Under a block of units opposite Crystal Car wash.

It is a 3 minute walk to the center of Spit Junction giving great access to buses, shops etc. Great if you want to park your car and then catch public transport into the city. Spit Junction is a major bus stop.

$100 deposit is required per spot for the security key. The $100 is returned at the completion of the period of rental. ( 6 months upfront rent is request at the start of each 6 month period). The period for rent is ongoing, but there is an option to cease by either person at the end of every 6 months.

Please note: Sorry, it can NOT be used for storage.
It is NOT individually secure. ie it is NOT a room or a cage.
