The van is a 19 foot Franklin, with bunks at the front a central kitchen and double bed at the rear. The Aluminium annex has veranda great for bbq's there is a 5 burner bbq and 6 outdoor chairs 2 bikes. Inside the annex is a sofa bed, bunk bed with double down the bottom and single bed on top. A large fridge/freezer, TV, dvd and video player. All crockery, pots, glasses, knives forks etc, come with it plus a microwave and some linen. There is to much to mention. Van is very close to amenities block.
 
The annual fees are $3350.00 that entitles you to 180 days free stay.You pay for electricity and gas extra.
