Database Applications (http://www.databaseapplications.com.au) designs and implements any business database.  From Access for small to medium businesses to high concurrency, heavy use databases using web front-ends and Java or Ruby on Rails.

Databases designed to at least third Boyce-Codd normal form.  An incorrectly designed database is guaranteed to cause problems.  Neglecting correct design is a sure recipe for disaster, even if your data input forms are ever so pretty.  Most end users put all effort into the appearance of forms and reports while totally neglecting, and in most cases not knowing anything about database design principles.

We also do online shops (most, or all of these have a database behind them) and other websites using databases.
