The dinghy is 3.4M length, 1.5M beam. The hull is 6mm marine ply ($700 worth) of  lapstrake & epoxy construction with 200g fiberglass set in epoxy resin on the exterior (for abrasion). The centerboard is 12mm aluminium plate rounded, tapered and painted. Outside is 2 pack paint, inside is all bright, clear epoxy topped with 2 pack polyurethane. The timbers are oregon for the spars, decking and floor boards, all trim and transom are kwila, thwarts and benches are surian cedar. Her rig is freestanding with 6 sq meter balanced lug sail made by Barracouta Sails. Dry weight is about 55Kg. Boat rows well and would take an outboard. Oars and trailer go with it. Just hook it up and go.
